Know Yourself : खुद को बदलने की शक्ति सकारात्मक उर्जा
क्या आप जानते है कि आप अंदर ही खुद को बदलने वाली उर्जा हैं। अक्सर हम किताबों में पढतें हैं कि हमारा शरीर उर्जा का एक स्त्रोत है। लेकिन क्या आपने कभी इस बात पर गौर किया है कि “इस उर्जा का उपयोग हम कहां करते हैं ???”
यही वह उर्जा है जो आपको और आपकी जिंदगी बदल सकती है।
आप उर्जा का एक बहुत बडा स्त्रोत है जो अपनी उर्जा का उपयोग करके खुद को बदल सकते है। वो तमाम शक्तियां जो आप ईश्वर में देखते हो वो आपके ही अंदर विद्यमान है। आप इंसान के रूप में जन्में ईश्वर है जिसमें कोई कमी नहीं। आपके अंदर आपकों बनाने वाली शक्ति है बस आप इसका इस्तेमाल कीजिये और बन जाइये वही जो आप बनना चाहते हैं।
जरा सोचिये जो आपकों हासिल है क्या वो आपके योग्य है अगर नही तो आपमे वो शक्ति है जो आपको मनचाहा परिणाम दे सकती है। बस जरूरत है तो खुद को पहचानने कीं।
अगर आप किसी ऐसी चीज को पाना चाहते जो आपने कभी नहीं पाया तो अब उसे पाने के लिए आप वो करिये जो आपने कभी
नहीं किया। तो पहचानों अपने अंदर की उर्जा को और बदल डालो खुद को। क्योंकि ये समय आपका है,आप अपने समय का बखुबी इस्तमाल करो और खुद को बेहतर बनाने में इतने व्यस्त हो जाओं कि आपको बेकार कामों के लिये समय ही न मिले।
अगर आज आपने अपना मुकाम हासिल कर लिया तो कोई आपसे ये नहीं पुछेगा कि आप कल क्या थे और अगर अगर आप बीते हुए समय के बारे में आज भी सोच विचार करते हैं तो आप आने वाला कल बर्बाद कर रहे हे।
छोटे प्रयासों से जिंदगी में बडा परिवर्तन किया जा सकता है। याद रखें दुनिया में वे ही लोग अपनी महत्वपूर्ण चीज प्राप्त कर पाते हैं जो उम्मीद न होने के बावजूद भी अपनी सकारात्मक उर्जा के जरिये प्रयासों में लगे रहते हैं। अपनी सकारात्मक उर्जा को महसूस तो कीजिये आपके जिंदगी जीने का नजरिया ही बदल जायेगा। (Know Yourself)
तो पूरे प्रयास के साथ लग जाईये खुद को बदलने में और फिर देखिये लोग आपसे पूछेंगें कि आप ऐसा क्या करते हैं जो आप इतना खुश रहते है ???? और आपका जवाब बहुत ही खुबसुरत होगा मै अपने अंदर की सकारात्मक उर्जा का इस्तेमाल करता/करती हूं। 🙂
